Dehydration drying equipment for large marigold with a daily processing capacity of 800 tons was launched in Shenyang Yuanda Technology Industry Co., Ltd
The equipment consists of a three ring drum dryer with a diameter of 3.6 meters, a length of 16 meters, and a weight of nearly 60 tons, 5 double axis extruders, 5 single axis extruders, a 12MW hot air stove, and nearly 60 sets of 200KW centrifugal fans, of which 80% are provided by manufacturers in the province.
This equipment can complete the dehydration and drying of 800-1000 tons of marigold every day, and can process 6-8 mu of marigold planting area. This equipment adopts a new structure of a three ring drum set, achieving a new process of high temperature and rapid drying, greatly improving drying strength and thermal efficiency, and significantly reducing drying costs. The use of unique fire and explosion prevention devices ensures production safety. Implement automated control, requiring only 4 people per shift to operate. During operation, the entire system maintains negative pressure to ensure a dust-free working environment. This set of equipment adopts multiple patented technologies and has fully independent intellectual property rights. The research and development process of this set of equipment has received technical support from many professors in the School of Engineering of Shenyang Agricultural University. This project has received special funding from the Shenyang Science and Technology Bureau and the Liaoning Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
Marigold is the raw material for extracting natural pigments. At present, China's output accounts for 80% of the world's total output. The company has successfully developed Tagetes erecta dehydration drying equipment with daily processing capacity of 200 tons, 400 tons and 600 tons. In addition to meeting the domestic market demand, it is also exported to India, Zambia and other countries.
At present, this set of equipment is the largest dehydration and drying equipment for marigold in China and the world. It will be shipped to Hetian, Xinjiang, for installation in the factory of the largest natural pigment manufacturer in China, Chenguang Group.
